  • The Jedit app is now stable on all operating systems. Previously, the app was crashing when clicking on the 'Install' tab.

New Feature

  • Removed the uninstall entry from the Windows add/remove programs list by adding the --Nouninstallentry switch. Now able to use the new command-line option when deploying a package. For more information on this feature, see Alchemy Compatibility Package Deployment Command-Line Options.

  • Enabled authorization of executables in Events.xml by adding the --EventToken switch. Now able to use the new command-line option when deploying, registering, uninstalling, unregistering, or running a package. For more information on this feature, see Command-Line Options.

Auto Packager

  • When Chrome or Edge extensions are included in an Alchemy Compatibility Package, renderers are now excluded from the virtualization to ensure that the extensions function correctly.

  • Package Runtimes updated to version 4.7.2410.3821.

  • Package Runtimes executable excluded from virtualization to prevent recursive virtualized processes.

  • Exclusion list updated to reduce noise in an Alchemy Compatibility Package.
